How do you select node operators to use?

Let’s assume you’re building a financial service and looking a node provider for on-chain data to be used in your app. How do you select a node operator, assuming there are multiple offering the same data?

Is it the prestige of the company? The number of data feeds they provide? The bio of the node operator profiles? The LINK price? How do you do your due diligence?
