How to unstake on Graymass Anchor Wallet

So, (I think) I've successfully transitioned from the Scatter wallet to Anchor. I can see my account overview, with the total EOS I have, the EOS available (very low) and the staked EOS (the majority of my EOS).

How can I unstake that EOS? I'd like to be sure that I really successfully transitioned from Scatter to Anchor, and that I still have control over my EOS. Honestly, I don't even remember how or why I staked my EOS, but it doesn't seem to have done much, as I still have the same amount I had 2 years ago.

Is there a way to get passive income with EOS? Again, as I hadn't touch anything for more than a year, I just can't remember much, and changing wallets really left me even more confused.

Monero node on an external HDD?

Do we need to use a 64+ GB USB 3.0 flash drive to download the monero node through tails or can we just download the monero node on Windows, store it on an external hard drive then just access it through tails with the monero GUI? My computer doesn't even support USB 3.0, and still stuck on 2.0 ports on an old gaming laptop, so I don't see a good reason to drop $50 just to have a secure monero wallet when I already have plenty of hard drives and space.
