Tron Tokens Questions

If I create a TRON ERC10 or ERC20 token will the coin be added to Tronscan? Is it centralized and do they handpick which coins get the privelage to be trades and listed on Tronscan?

Also what about fees. Ethereum gas fees make trading and sending much more difficult and expensive. Will a Tron ERC20 token have the same gas fees as an Ethereum ERC20 token? Also what kind of fees for trading and transferring tokens does both ERC10 and ERC20 have?
