Can someone ELI5 Chainlink Labs 3 last research papers and compare them?

Please explain in simple terms what TownCrier does, what Mixicles do and what DECO does and whether there is some overlapping (or dependency) in those 3 technologies and what they bring to Chainlink world.

ELI5 Arbitrum as well and conclude whether these 4 technologies (after staking is available) are all Chainlink needs for large corporations to start using Chainlink network of decentralized oracles.
