Lots of African companies were innocently affected by the Wirecard scandal and now have their money frozen indefinitely.

Also, freelancers accepting payments via Payoneer also have their funds frozen and are potentially unable to carry out further transactions.

Using Dash in Africa is a need and not a luxury. International payments and remittances remain a key use case.
