MyMonero Wallet service fully restored

We have fully restored the MyMonero service that has given quite a number of users a scare over the weekend when it showed incorrect balances and missing transactions.

First off your Monero is safe and was never moved or stolen. We never receive or store your spend keys. Our apps are open source and I encourage anyone using the wallets to look through the source code to understand what it is the wallet does and how it works with the Monero blockchain.

Those that experience the wallet showing a zero balance and no transactions will be able to see their balance and transactions reflecting correctly now.

For some, they experienced a never-ending X blocks behind notification, We have resolved this and your wallets are up to date and this will be a problem no more.

We do have some reports of people being presented with the import fee screen. We are working to resolve this. If you are affected by this, please contact our support and we can assist you.

Any support emails and intercom requests will be resolved over the next 24 hours as we catch up.
