I deposited $150 in BTC to my new Binance.us wallet and it's still showing pending...did I lose my BTC?

I'm super new and I apologize if I'm "doing it wrong" but I heard Reddit users have a certain way of doing things so sorry if so. I have been reading all these horror stories about Binance.us and my wallet says that there were two transactions. one was the receiving of said BTC, the other says spent in the same amount...the transaction still shows as pending...I'm lost. Did I just lose $150 or no? Why would it say spent?! Someone, anyone, please help!
