Buy with card - Money taken from my debit card yesterday transaction not completed in Binance.

Morning! Yesterday I bought around $2,000 worth of BNB on my debit card, these are not available in Binance. The transaction shows as having left/debitted from my card, but in Binance as "In Progress".

Some history on this, it took 3 attempts to make payment, the first twice my bank stopped as suspicious. After I spoke to them they allowed the third to go though, this last one shows as having left my bank account.

I've raised a support ticket with Binance yesterday after waiting 3 or 4 hours to see if transaction state would change. As of now, nobody has replied to the support ticket.

Please can you let me know how this will be resolved, or how long a typical ticket takes to have a reply from binance.

:)
