Question from a beginner

I am living in Japan. I have a Binance account and when I try to deposit fiat into it from my Japanese account I can’t. I also have a revolut account (UK) and I couldn’t deposit fiat either. All these through the mobile app.

How can I deposit fiat currency into my Binance account through the mobile app, so that I can buy/sell any crypto? I prefer to do it from my phone instead of a PC because it’s easier and more convenient.

I wonder why I can’t.. No support for Japanese banks? Revolut automatically blocks crypto sites? Which bank is 100% sure to deposit fiat into Binance without issues from the mobile app?

If there is no supported bank here in Japan to do so, is there an online bank from elsewhere that I can register an account and do it through there?

Considering that Binance’s debit card is on the way, and you can only top it up through your account, which I can’t top up through my cards it’s lame...any help?
