Use case for block chain with c19

A feel like a lot of use cases for block chain are not always ideal or forced. Had a decent idea for a practical use of block chain in regard to our current pandemic. Basiclly an antibody test that you can take at home which can execute a smart contract depending on results that can verify your test results to show others if you've had the virus already. If you knew you already had the virus and recovered then you can go out in public and not risk spreading it. Being able to prove this would be useful.
