DeFi Project on Ethereum needs CTO - Solidity React

Hey All, I'm looking for Ethereum developers who can do

  • Smart contract development in Solidity
  • UX development in React

I have a fintech startup that's in customer discovery and is already getting a little traction in the investment banking industry. More details once we get talking.

I'm an early-forties founder with 20 years banking IT and startup experience and a big network in capital markets. I do code in Solidity but it's not my area of expertise. In this enterprise, I'll be the CEO responsible for the business side. You'll become the CTO, responsible for implementing our shared vision at a technical level.

Principal elements of the role will be coding a smart contract protocol to move value around between counterparties based on oracle data. Being able to hit the ground running in terms of development skill is critical. The ideal candidate should understand the finance industry, but this is not essential. For this role, you should ideally be available to go full-time within the next 9-12 months.

I'd like to start our relationship on a freelance basis. You'll be paid initially via Upwork or Gitcoin for your efforts. Once the working relationship is proven, we'll move on to an equity stake.
